Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventive maintenance, and assisting with unit turnovers.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license for on-site vehicle use, and adherence to safety procedures. This is an onsite position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property and standard vehicles.
• State and local certifications as required for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance on the property.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing by doing pre-move-in inspections and creating a punch list.
• Sources materials, tracks inventory, and coordinates with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintains documentation and paperwork to support tracking of service requests.
• Assists in grounds and common-area upkeep; cleans, paints curbs, and maintains amenities.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
