Job summary

Greystar is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and complete detailed work orders across buildings and common areas.

Responsibilities include making-ready vacant units, managing inventory, and documenting tasks accurately. Must hold EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1, Type II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart and other property vehicles.
• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions for service technicians.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Access materials and track inventory, notify supervisor on re-ordering needs.
