Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician at a midrise property in Atlanta to maintain the physical aspects of buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. You will handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and participate in the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing.

Applicants should have EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and experience with basic trades.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property.
• Experience in building maintenance or property upkeep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, obtain supplies, and return unused items to the maintenance department.
