Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand maintenance policies and procedures.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals and PPE.
• Valid driver’s license and on-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs per standards and timeliness.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance and basic painting.
