Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• On-call rotation commitment with team each month.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance policies and safety data sheets.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Complete service requests promptly and ensure units are rent-ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
