Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Tysons Corner, Virginia, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for a full-time role (40 hours/week). The technician will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other systems, ensure apartments are rent-ready, and perform preventative maintenance to uphold high living standards.

You must be able to work on-call, communicate well with residents, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner per standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready and performs preventative maintenance.
• Maintains a safe work environment and follows safety policies.
• Reads policies and uses SDS and PPE as required.
