Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner according to standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance and turnkey work as required.
• Maintains safety culture by following Vivmark safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
