Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Annapolis, MD to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues. You will ensure service requests are completed promptly while maintaining safety and quality in all tasks.

The role requires 2-3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to participate in an on-call rotation. You will join a growing housing platform with strong career development and team support.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience incl HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willing to rotate on-call schedule.
• Ability to read policies including maintenance procedures and safety.
• Knowledge of PPE and SDS reading.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs in a timely manner per standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as required.
• Performs preventative maintenance on community assets.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
