Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Service Technician I (Maintenance Technician) in Seattle, WA to help maintain the community and equipment per company standards. You will complete make-readies, perform preventative maintenance, handle service requests, and support janitorial tasks to keep the property in excellent condition.

Ideal candidates bring teamwork, problem-solving, and strong customer service skills, with experience in apartment maintenance or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy through make-ready process, inspections, and repairs.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate records.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, amenities, exteriors, and common areas.
• Follow safety measures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
