Qualifications

• Teamwork and collaboration in a maintenance setting.
• Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task across tasks.
• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or general labor.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy, including make-readies and inspections.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs professionally and timely.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and keep accurate records.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the community and common areas.
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a hazard-free environment.
