Job summary

Waterton is seeking a Service Technician I (Maintenance Technician) in Seattle to help maintain the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. The role includes making-readies, preventive maintenance, service requests, janitorial duties, and supporting a hazard-free environment.

As a Service Technician I, you will prepare apartments for occupancy, complete resident requests, perform scheduled maintenance, and assist in maintaining grounds, amenities, and common areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or similar work.
• Experience with apartment maintenance tech or similar systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a team and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for occupancy by making-ready, inspections, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and repairs.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
