Waterton is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our Seattle community on-site. You will support the upkeep of buildings and equipment, perform make-readies, and handle maintenance requests to ensure a high-quality Resident Experience.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and contribute to a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment. On-site, full-time hours with competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience.
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare apartments for occupancy through make-readies and inspections.
• Complete resident service requests and repairs professionally and promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled with accurate records.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of the community and common areas.
• Follow safety measures to maintain a safe work environment.
