Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and electrical systems and install appliances as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and HVAC knowledge. EPA Type I & II and HVAC certifications are preferred. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and possibly hold a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical.
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Complete resident service orders promptly.
• Maintain exterior property for curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
