Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems across our apartment communities. You will install new appliances and support safety and quality standards.

We value reliability, teamwork, and proactive communication. A high school diploma and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred, with HVAC knowledge and EPA I/II certifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• One year of related maintenance experience or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems; EPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems in the apartment community; install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior property curb appeal and safety compliance with OSHA regulations.
