Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, install appliances, and respond to resident service requests with reliability and care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and HVAC certifications. On-call responsibilities and safety compliance are part of the role, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service orders are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior for curb appeal and safety.
