Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical work. The role involves installing new appliances and responding to resident service requests.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and HVAC knowledge; EPA Type I/II certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• HVAC troubleshooting/repair knowledge required
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines
• On-call for after-hours emergencies
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all repairs to the apartment community including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical; install new appliances as needed
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly
• Maintain exterior property for clean/curb appeal
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws
• Additional duties as assigned
