Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. The role focuses on troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical systems, along with installing new appliances as needed.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred HVAC certification. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• HVAC troubleshooting and basic repair knowledge.
• Carpentry and electrical repair basics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
