Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment community. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical systems, and install appliances as needed.

We require 1+ year of related experience with a high school diploma or equivalent. HVAC certification and EPA Type I & II preferred. On-call availability and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills.
• HVAC certification preferred, EPA Type I & II preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident service requests are completed promptly.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and property cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
