Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will troubleshoot and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry, install appliances, and respond to resident requests.

The role requires 1 year of related experience, a high school diploma, and HVAC knowledge; EPA Type I/II certifications are a plus. We value reliability, clear communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge required; HVAC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform repairs to the apartment community (plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical).
• Install new appliances as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and ensure safety compliance.
