Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property management team. The role involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical issues across the apartment community, installing new appliances as needed.

You will ensure resident work orders are completed promptly, maintain exterior curb appeal, and comply with OSHA and safety regulations while supporting a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills; HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Type I & II certifications preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to multitask, stay organized, meet deadlines.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs to the apartment community, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and electrical. Installation of new appliances as needed.
• Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
• Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
• Comply with all OSHA regulations and health, safety and environmental laws.
• Additional duties as assigned.
