Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to keep the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities in top condition. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards across the site.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready vacant units, and managing inventory with contractors as needed. A flexible schedule and OSHA training are part of the role.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications (as applicable)
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks and repairs on building systems following policies and safety codes.
• Complete make-ready processes for vacant units, conduct pre-move inspections, and manage punch lists.
• Track inventory, request reorders, and coordinate with maintenance supervisor on supplies.
