Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain property and common areas, handle work orders, and assist with make‑ready tasks for vacant units. The role involves diagnosing repairs, ordering supplies, and documenting work in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, basic cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and adhering to safety policies and OSHA training requirements. A valid driver’s license is required for on‑site operations.

Qualifications

• Requires the ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in varying weather.
• EPA refrigerant certifications and state/local licenses as required.
• Capable of following safety procedures and documenting work properly.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance per policies.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing by completing inspections and punch lists.
• Manages materials and inventory from maintenance department per procedure.
• Documents service requests accurately and timely.
• Assists with grounds, general cleaning, and minor repairs as needed.
