Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain residential properties, oversee work orders, and ensure safety and cleanliness across buildings and grounds. The role includes preventative maintenance, make-ready tasks for vacants, and coordination with vendors to keep the property in top condition.

The position emphasizes documentation, cost-conscious practices, and flexible scheduling to meet property needs, including evenings and weekends when required.

Competenze

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required.
• All state and Local jurisdiction certifications as required for service technicians.

Mansioni

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments, including inspection and punch list, scheduling vendors and obtaining supplies.
• Track inventory and coordinate materials from maintenance department, notify supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Complete maintenance documentation for service requests and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist in cost-control by repairing parts when possible rather than replacing components.
