This position requires hands-on work, efficiency in preparing vacant units, and handling maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential maintenance and skills in general maintenance trades like electrical and plumbing. Qualifications
Prior experience in residential maintenance, including completing work orders.
Solid foundation in general maintenance trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
Dependable, self‑motivated approach required.
Responsibilities
Turn vacant units efficiently to prepare them for new residents.
Handle day-to-day service requests, including general repairs and maintenance tasks.
Be part of an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs.
Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor on ongoing property projects.
Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds.
Skills
Residential maintenance experience
General maintenance trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
EPA Type II or Universal certification
