You will perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and grounds, maintain safety and curb appeal, and support emergencies and on-call shifts.

• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Address apartment and property maintenance duties per supervisor instructions.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds.
• Perform carpentry tasks like wallboard, cabinets, doors, and tile repairs.
• Maintain work orders and ensure timely completion to residents' satisfaction.
• Inspect grounds and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Participate in emergency on-call and after-hours maintenance as required.
