Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance.

• Maintain and prioritize work orders to meet company standards and resident satisfaction.
• Respond to property emergencies and after-hours calls as needed.
• Promote safety and risk management per rules and regulations.
• Interact professionally with residents and other teams to foster positive relations.
