MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Boulevard @ 4201 Apartments in Las Vegas. This position requires hands-on work, efficiency in preparing vacant units, and handling maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in residential maintenance and skills in general maintenance trades like electrical and plumbing. Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential maintenance, including completing work orders.
• Solid foundation in general maintenance trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• Dependable, self‑motivated approach required.

Responsibilities

• Turn vacant units efficiently to prepare them for new residents.
• Handle day-to-day service requests, including general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Be part of an on-call rotation to address urgent maintenance needs.
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor on ongoing property projects.
• Contribute to the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the community grounds.

Skills

Residential maintenance experience
