Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations at an apartment community.

Responsibilities include maintaining the property, completing turnover work, and addressing work requests promptly to keep curb appeal high. Candidates should have hands-on skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related trades, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance across HVAC, electrical and plumbing essential.
• Skilled in tile/carpet installation and general repair tasks.
• Experience with groundskeeping, custodial duties, and basic carpentry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall maintenance of the community and grounds area.
• Perform turnover work in vacant units (painting, maintenance, etc.).
• Complete work requests in a timely manner.
