Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 3-4 years experience can offset minimum education.
• HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications preferred.
• Possibility of valid driver's license depending on property.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, replacements as needed.
• Plumbing repairs and replacements; installation of sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.
• Carpentry repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops, locks).
• Painting repairs (drywall/plaster) and painting tasks.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, power circuits, switches; appliance work.
• Maintain and repair machinery (chillers, belts, pumps, fans).
• Support other duties as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
