Job summary

Brookfield Properties, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Las Vegas residential properties. You will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks, keeping units in optimal condition and ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, respond to work orders promptly, and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional service to residents in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of maintenance experience in multi-unit residential or commercial property.
• HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, and general upkeep experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC repairs, cleaning, and routine maintenance.
• Repair plumbing and install replacements (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Do carpentry, painting, and basic electrical work as needed.
• Maintain machinery and assist other maintenance tasks while ensuring safety.
