MAXX Properties is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Boulevard @ 4201 Apartments in Las Vegas. The role supports the community’s safety, appearance, and operations, with hands-on maintenance across multiple systems and coordinated moves of units to meet leasing needs.

As an owner-operator with a large portfolio, MAXX offers extensive benefits and a long-standing track record. Excellent candidates bring 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience.
• Moderate electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs, and general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, drywalling, and appliances.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments to support leasing.
• Ensure safety, appearance and operation within budgeted financial goals.
