Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level with 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience.
• Experience in residential or multifamily maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and general grounds upkeep.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours and flexible scheduling.
• Have applicable maintenance tools and basic trade knowledge.
• Conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning as needed.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks when required.
• Pickup supplies from area vendors while operating a registered, insured vehicle.
• Report to Property Manager, Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent for delegated tasks.
• Travel to regional and corporate training or conferences as required.
• Maintain professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Notify management of any health and safety concerns on site.
• Possess willingness to work overtime when approved.
• Be eager to train in HVAC and HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards.
