Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours and travel to trainings as required.
• Perform unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Operate a registered, insured vehicle to pick up supplies.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
• Overtime as needed and participate in training programs on HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards.
