Fairway Management is seeking a Maintenance Support professional to uphold curb appeal and assist with daily resident work orders. The role focuses on basic residential maintenance, unit turns, and general upkeep across properties managed by FWM.

Ideal candidates are punctual, proactive, and eager to learn company systems. Overtime may be required; travel to trainings could be necessary, with responsibilities including safety, HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards, and on-site support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on-call after hours.
• Assist with unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Willing to help neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
• Receive supplies from area vendors and operate a registered, insured vehicle.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
• Travel to regional and corporate trainings as needed.
