JES Holdings, Fairway Management (FWM) seeks dynamic maintenance professionals for our residential properties. This full-time role focuses on curb appeal, basic maintenance, unit turns, and after-hours on-call support.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and up to two years of related experience, a willingness to train on HVAC and HUD/LIHTC standards, and the ability to travel between properties, lift 55 lbs, and work in varied weather.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and complete daily resident work orders.
• Assist with unit turns, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Be available for after-hours on-call and overtime when approved.
• Bring applicable maintenance tools and travel to area vendors as needed.
• Report to Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Maintenance Superintendent for tasks.
• Travel to regional and corporate trainings or conferences as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff; address health and safety concerns.
