Qualifications

• 1–3 years of residential maintenance or equivalent trade experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• HVAC certification (EPA Universal or Type I/II) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily community maintenance including routine, emergency, and preventative work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to emergency on-call service and resolve issues professionally.
