Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Bradenton, FL to assist in the maintenance and make-ready processes across our communities. You will work under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to perform routine and corrective tasks, ensuring safety and timely response to requests.

Daily on-site duties include pool maintenance, grounds upkeep, and inspecting for hazardous conditions, with emphasis on quality, efficiency, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks under supervision of Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines; assist with inventory and records.
