Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, completing work orders, on-call emergencies, and contributing to resident satisfaction. Valid driver’s license is required; EPA certification is a plus.

• Reliable vehicle.
• EPA certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of a property's grounds.
• Make ready apartments (punching and painting).
• Run work order tickets.
• Provide on-call maintenance for emergencies.
• Handle special assigned property projects.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
