Job summary

Invitation Homes seeks a Maintenance Technician II to perform high-quality maintenance in our single-family rental homes while delivering outstanding service to residents. This role covers multiple trades and uses our maintenance mobile app for proactive scheduling and documentation.

The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in repairs, OSHA 10 certification, and strong communication skills; EPA HVAC or pool certifications are a plus, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5+ years in residential repairs/maintenance or related work.
• OSHA 10 required; certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance service requests across multiple trades.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote quality living experience.
• Perform work while respecting residents' homes.
• Conduct regular ProCare visits and use the maintenance app to log tasks.
• Keep residents informed by educating on maintenance topics and building systems.
• Perform repairs in vacant properties during turns and monitor safety guidelines.
