Job summary

Tricon Homes is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to deliver exceptional service to residents across our California properties. You will complete maintenance requests, perform plumbing, electrical, and general repairs, and help keep communities clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Travel between properties is required daily. You must communicate clearly with residents, team members, and vendors, prioritize tasks, and use our work order and inventory systems to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance/construction experience.
• Willing to travel daily between properties and work overtime when needed.
• Experience using work order systems and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly, compassionately, and with empathy with residents and vendors.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with team members, residents and vendors.
• Respond to and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and components as needed.
• Repair or replace electrical outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting.
