Tricon Residential is seeking a Construction Technician II to perform cleanup, repairs and replacements in vacant properties to ensure safe, attractive living spaces for residents. A company van is provided and a valid driver’s license is required.

You will work with the ACM, PC and CS to prioritize tasks, handle service requests promptly, and perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC maintenance as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years maintenance/construction background.
• Ability to work safely with PPE and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and electrical components.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting and hardware repairs.
• Respond to service requests promptly and maintain clean work areas.
