Job summary

TM Associates Management, Inc. in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Maintenance Person to operate and maintain heating and hot water systems, ensure safe building conditions, and support daily maintenance tasks under the Site Manager’s direction.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, driving to sites, and performing preventive maintenance in common areas and apartments. Strong basic English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in building systems and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work from Site Manager instructions.
• Basic English communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other building equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation and continuous hot water service.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas; inspect and report deficiencies.
• Move and turnover units, assist with deliveries and equipment, and maintain housekeeping for hallways and public areas.
• Report health, safety, and maintenance issues to the Site Manager and support emergency responses as needed.
