Job summary

You will work under the Site Manager and coordinate daily tasks to ensure safe, efficient building operations and tenant comfort. The role requires physical capability, including lifting up to 50 pounds, ladder access up to 20 feet, and a valid driver’s license for site errands.

Qualifications

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and related equipment to operate safely and efficiently.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site errands.
• Able to climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain heaters, air-conditioners, and other equipment to ensure continuous hot water.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on apartments and common areas.
• Turn over units, including furniture movement, as needed.
• Report health or safety issues to the Site Manager.
• Inspect buildings and grounds regularly and document deficiencies.
• Keep work orders up to date and maintain cleanliness of public areas.
