Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a maintenance professional responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the community’s buildings, grounds and amenities. The role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and supporting the make‑ready process for new residents.

You will maintain inventory, assist in safety compliance, and collaborate with the Community Manager on budgets and cost controls, while delivering strong resident services and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for internal and resident interactions.
• Proficiency with basic math for financial and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and complete maintenance work orders from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Develop standards for community appearance and maintenance to reflect Greystar quality.
• Inspect work by team members and contractors to ensure quality and adherence to policy.
