Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in keeping our properties in top condition. You will oversee technical and mechanical work across buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness to meet company standards.

In coordination with the Property Manager, you will schedule maintenance activities, supervise staff, and respond to service requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ general residential maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience.
• LIHTC Experience.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
• Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on-call as scheduled and work weekends and after hours as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and maintenance staff.
• Coordinate service requests and prioritize work orders.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems as needed.
• Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among staff.
• Manage budget and procurement; obtain approvals for major expenses.
