Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance, repair operations, and technician supervision across our properties. You will ensure building upkeep, coordinate emergency coverage, and drive safety and compliance programs.

The role requires hands-on experience with maintenance operations, strong communication, and the ability to manage a team. Full-time hours, on-site location, and a competitive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 3-4 years of experience can offset minimum education.
• Strong supervisory experience (1+ year).
• Experience with boilers or appliance repair/diagnostics preferred.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• General understanding of OSHA, fire prevention and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise PM system to preserve and upkeep buildings and equipment.
• Provide coverage for emergencies and coordinate absences with Community Manager.
• Inspect buildings and grounds and report deficiencies.
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide direction.
• Ensure timely completion of repairs and log work orders.
