Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team across the property. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating service requests, and ensuring all facilities meet safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with the Property Manager, oversee work orders, manage preventative maintenance, and assist with budgeting and vendor relations. The ideal candidate brings strong supervisory experience, HVAC knowledge, and reliable

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ general residential maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years' supervisory experience.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and energy management systems.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule maintenance activities for the property and staff.
• Coordinate service requests and prioritize tasks for maintenance crew.
• Repair/replace appliances, plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems as needed.
• Develop and enforce preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assist the property manager with budget processes and supplier orders.
