You will manage work orders, maintain supply inventories, and collaborate with property management to keep residents satisfied through prompt service and well-kept facilities.

Qualifications

• Supervise maintenance team, delegate tasks and oversee performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot building systems including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Follow safety standards, building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Read and interpret work orders, technical manuals and maintenance documentation.
• Experience in residential or multifamily property maintenance is preferred.
• Strong communication with residents, vendors and team members.
