You will oversee the maintenance team, ensure the property is well maintained, coordinate preventive maintenance, and deliver high-quality service to residents.

The role emphasizes safety, strong knowledge of building systems, vendor coordination, and on-call emergency coverage.

Qualifications

• Residential multifamily maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience leading a maintenance team and coordinating tasks.
• EPA 608 Type I/II certification required.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance team to complete requests accurately and timely.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC and building systems.
• Coordinate preparation of vacant units and ensure move-in readiness.
• Supervise vendors and contractors, ensuring safety and schedule compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records, inventory, and reporting per policy.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance coverage.
