Job summary

Waypoint Residential, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at our Miami community. You will oversee a maintenance team, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and high-quality service for residents.

You will manage repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, coordinate vendors, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong leadership, reliability, and a hands-on approach to keep the property well maintained

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Type I and II Certification required.
• Prior maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, or property management.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, safety practices, and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and support the maintenance team to ensure requests and work orders are completed accurately and timely.
• Assign daily tasks and prioritize maintenance needs for efficient operations.
• Oversee troubleshooting and repairs to meet company standards and safety guidelines.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Prepare vacant apartments through inspections and coordinated repairs.
